The Hobart High School Brickies football team enters the 2025 season hungry to improve on last year’s 7-4 record and compete for the Northwest Crossroads Conference title.
Returning multiple key starters on both sides of the ball, the Brickies boast a balanced attack with a powerful rushing game averaging over 150 yards per game last season and a defense that allowed just 18 points per contest.
Head coach has emphasized a tough offseason focused on strength, conditioning, and refining fundamentals, aiming to prepare the team for a physically demanding schedule that includes matchups against perennial rivals Munster, Lowell, and Hanover Central.
The offensive line, anchored by returning all-conference blockers, aims to create holes for the backfield while protecting a dynamic quarterback known for his dual-threat capabilities.
Defensively, the Brickies return their leading tackler and a secondary with experience in shut-down coverage schemes.
Leadership from seniors will be vital as Hobart looks to maintain discipline, execute under pressure, and thrive in close contests.
With postseason ambitions high, the Brickies are prepared to fight every yard, tackle, and touchdown in pursuit of a conference championship and deep playoff run.
