Hobart Brickies roll past Lake Station Edison Fighting Eagles 61–25 in home non-conference win

The Brickies girls varsity basketball team achieved a decisive 61–25 victory over the Fighting Eagles in a non-conference game on Tuesday night. The match took place on November 18, 2025, at Hobart High School in Hobart, Indiana.

According to reports, Hobart’s offensive efficiency and strong defensive pressure were key factors in securing the win. The Brickies were led by Kurah Krucina, who continued her strong start to the season. Krucina’s two-way presence was instrumental in fueling Hobart’s offense while anchoring their defensive play.

Looking ahead, the Hobart Brickies (3–1) are set to travel to face the River Forest Ingots (2–3) on Saturday, November 22. The last encounter between Hobart and River Forest occurred on November 23, 2024, when the Brickies claimed a 54–44 home victory.
