Hobart High School is set to commence its 2025–26 wrestling season with an away dual meet at Griffith High School on November 25. The team will then participate in the Harvest Classic at Lake Central High School on December 6.
According to Hobart’s schedule, the opening match will take place at Griffith High School in Griffith, Indiana. This will be followed by the Harvest Classic at Lake Central High School in St. John, Indiana.
Hobart enters the new season with a roster that includes both returning varsity contributors and emerging wrestlers who are expected to assume key roles. Preseason efforts have been directed towards enhancing scoring opportunities from neutral positions, refining scramble techniques, and maintaining pressure throughout matches. The Harvest Classic is considered an important early-season evaluation event, bringing together programs from across Northwest Indiana for high-intensity competition.
The team’s December schedule will continue with additional nonconference duals leading into the holiday tournament slate. Hobart previously faced off against Griffith and Lake Central during the 2024–25 season.
