Hobart seniors Logan Peters and Max Pickett have expressed their determination to make a lasting impact in their final season.
“The expectation is always to win, especially being at Hobart,” Peters said. “We want to leave our legacy. We want other teams to remember us in 10 years.”
According to Pickett, his personal ambitions are closely aligned with the team’s objectives. “For me, I want to be the leading rusher in the NCC,” he said. “I also want us to win the conference, which we haven’t done in a while. That would mean a lot.”
Head coach Eric Schreiber noted that the players’ commitment is indicative of the program’s longstanding tradition. “We talk about history all the time,” Schreiber said. “The kids know the standard, and they’re working hard to live up to it.”
